Sergey has led the development and implementation of our waste gasification technology since the project's inception.
He has led multiple successful multi-million dollar M&A projects that have generated multiple returns for its investors.
He has more than 10 years of experience in managing large projects in commercial and industrial sectors in various countries of the world and has worked as a consultant to numerous municipalities on infrastructure development. Sergey has led many successful multimillion dollar development projects.
Peter Kalenuk PhD

Peter has over 18 years experience in the development of large energy projects including the construction of power plants.
Peter has participated in the development and management of technological holdings as well as the being CEO of an EPC company. In addition, Peter has implemented the production of complex technical devices and has managed complex projects in nuclear and thermal power generation.
Peter has more than 10 years experience working in international companies in England and the Netherlands.

Samir Mastaki
Board of Directors
Samir is CEO at Olympus Advisors, an international M&A consulting boutique based in San Marino as well as being a member of the Board of Directors of the Development Agency of the Republic of San Marino and of Hövding Sverige AB (Sweden).

Previously, Samir has worked in Investment Banking at both Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse, and in private investments in various investment groups, in the U.S., EU.

Yuriy has over 15 years in leading numerous M&A and investment projects and has led many private equity projects.
In addition, Yuriy specializes in financial management, accounting, and audit.
Matthew Tucker

Matthew is an expert in marketing and communication strategy.

He has years of experience in leadership roles at international companies like Ogilvy, BBDO, and Google working with large international corporations to build marketing and communication strategies in sectors as varied as finance, FCMG, and telecommunications.

Matthew has built and run various startups that complement his experience working in large corporations.
