Features

Used tires

Used tires first need to be transported to certain services areas and then on to landfill (legal and illegal). Huge stockpiles of used tires around the world can confirm this.

Tires are an excellent raw materials for gasification using UNIVASTUM's WARP ® GASIFICATION TECHNOLOGY.

Used transmission fluids

Service centers face the problem of the costly disposal, as lubricants and fluids are extremely harmful to the environment.

All used oils can be used in WARP ® reactors alone or as a high-calorie supplement.

Seaports

During the operation of marine vessels, waste is generated that cannot be disposed of at sea (including bilge water). After unloading at the port, it becomes prohibitive to transfer the waste to the landfill, as special permits and quotas are required for the transfer of waste across borders. And this leads to a high cost of disposal and, accordingly, an increase in tariffs for port services. The small size of the complex allows using it inside the customs zone and using energy for the port's own needs.

Railway

Traditional railway ties made of wood and impregnated with chemical compounds cannot be disposed of in the traditional way; but it is possible with UNIVASTUM's WARP ® GASIFICATION TECHNOLOGY.

As well, washing liquids and other waste are generated during the maintenance of fuel delivery trucks, tanks and other containers.

Airports

When servicing aircraft at airports, a large amount of waste is generated: from used oils and tires to waste associated with passenger service. As well, washing liquids and other waste are generated during the maintenance of fuel delivery trucks, tanks and other containers. Any airport in itself is a source of pollution, therefore, the disposal of their own waste "on the spot" is a way to increase the image of the airport. Processing waste into energy also reduces energy costs.
